You are accommodated in a Suite-type room. Built with local stone and integrated into the environment, the lodge is supplied by natural springs forming waterfalls and freshwater pools, perfect for a relaxing break after the journey. The welcome is in a warm and peaceful setting, with an all-inclusive formula including meals and beverages for a worry-free stay.

Day 2

Free day at Caño Hondo: relaxation in the heart of Los Haitises National Park
After a Dominican breakfast served at the lodge, it's time for a day dedicated to rest and relaxation in a preserved natural setting. Fully enjoy the waterfalls and freshwater pools that wind between the eco-lodge buildings, a haven of peace in the heart of the Los Haitises National Park. Common areas invite you to slow down: deck chairs by the water, panoramic terraces to admire the vegetation and hammocks in the shade of trees. Everything is designed for a gentle immersion, with attentive service that reflects the human and professional values of our local partner agency.
Your all-inclusive package allows you to savor meals prepared on site using local products: fish, Dominican rice, tropical fruits and fresh juices. This free day is the ideal opportunity to recharge, enjoy the surrounding nature and regain strength before continuing your tour. You set your own pace: swimming in the pools, quiet observation of the surroundings or simply relaxing at the lodge.

Los Haitises by private boat: mangroves, Taino caves & deserted beach
Early departure (07h45–08h00). Your breakfast is prepared for you to take away so you can enjoy it during the excursion. You board a typical speedboat for a private day dedicated to discovering Los Haitises National Park.
You begin with navigation through the mangroves, then explore several fascinating caves: Cueva Arena, where you observe Taíno drawings, witnesses of pre-Columbian culture, a wilder cave that highlights the richness of local vegetation. The morning continues with a stop on a deserted beach to enjoy the setting in complete tranquility. The early departure allows you to discover the sites before crowds arrive and to appreciate generally calm waters, for a serene and environmentally respectful experience.
Return to the hotel around noon/1:00 PM and lunch arranged with the establishment.

Depending on your flight time, you can still enjoy the facilities and waterfalls of the establishment, or leave in the afternoon if you are checking in at another hotel in the country.
